1 kiwi fruit, peeled, chopped, plus extra to serve
1 ripe banana, peeled, chopped
15g baby spinach
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yoghurt
1/3 cup almond milk
2 teaspoons honey
1/2 cup ice cubes (optional)
1 Place kiwi fruit, banana, spinach, yoghurt, milk, honey and ice cubes in a blender. Blend until mixture is smooth and thick, adding a little extra milk, if needed.
2 Divide smoothie between 2 chilled serving glasses. Serve topped with extra kiwi fruit.
